Wow - you've been busy! All looks brilliant (I couldn't get any sound, but that's almost certainly my computer 'skills' at work again). You've got a decent amount of space to grow in, lucky you. We've found the same thing - everything's really taken off in the last 3 weeks. There's a lot to be said for keeping a 'home plot' as opposed to an allotment; hope the year continues to go well for you. Certainly looks like you'll be busy harvesting!

p.s. You've got a very sweet little helper there... are you training up an apprentice?

That sunflower is so tall!
Mine only ended up about 5 foot this year =(

Rhona: YouTube Sound is often a problem. Not sure how i sorted it last time it happened to me.

Bren in pots: Thanks for watching Jack's video. He is 3 and autistic and one of the reasons i gave up the allotment. He is with me most weekends (his mum is recovering from cancer) so i have to fit in my gardening tasks when he is not here.

Leeds lad: The sunflower was sown at my other grandsons (josh) school for a mothers day gift. He didnt want it to go home in case Jack ragged it, so i grew it on in my greenhouse. But one day a bird got in and knocked lots of plants over, including the sunflower. I thought it was end of it but it recovered when repotted and left outside in all that rain. Josh came last week and helped me move it to its present position.

Jacks a looks a lovely lad

I do love seeing little ones play our youngest grandsons now nearly 11 but it didn't seem that long back i was watching him toggle around the garden.

I'm bit envious of Josh's sunflower though I've got 5 in my garden and they're all under 4ft tall so not what I was expecting.
