  • Summer Solstice Greetings!

    It will be summer solstice tonight at 11:05 so I guess today is the longest day.

    Time to dig up your onions!! (I pulled mine yesterday).

    Have a great day, looks like it could be a good one....

    If the river hasn't reached the top of your step, DON'T PANIC!

    I think tomorrow is the Longest Day but what the heck, enjoy every day (and your onions)

      It's all downhill from here.......love the late summer nights.......of which tonight is the longest. It will be c...............before we know it!

        I don't know where the time is going! Will be pulling my garlic tonight and any of the onions that are fat enough.

                      I was planning on getting up early to welcome the sun tomorrow, but the forecast is predicting clouds.

                      What do you think - is 4.39 too early to be out in the garden, especially if I won't even be able to see the sunrise??

                          Piggle,Aliums according to custom are planted on shortest day & harvested on the longest

                          Mine are not ready so will be staying for a week or two yet
