    Its all worth it in the end

    I've been getting quite disheartened over the past few weeks. The terrible weather has meant that a lot of my plants aren't doing too well and Ive lost countless others to slugs. This morning however, I picked my first ripe strawberry - AND I noticed the first of my tomatoes are turning red! It all feels worth it again now

      Lucky you! =p. My strawberries are so close to ripening that I can feel them waving at me!
      Tomatoes? they have only really just flowered!

            Congrats on the first strawberry!
            I picked my first strawberry today and it was gorgeous. Also picked my first french beans (only 3 but I cooked them up to see if I noticed a difference!! OMG, home grown beans are flippin' fabulous!!).
