The few I have are still green.

I shall have to watch out in case they go brown too

We have been very wet here but my strawberries themselves are red. The only thing that has been going brown are a few leaves. The weather does some strange things to our plants and it really upsets me when the weather ruins my crops

Mine go from green to red, and from red to my mouth.

The only problem is that sometimes something is quicker than me. A fox perhaps?

I went to pick mine yesterday and found a number had gone brown before ripening, others that had started to ripen were covered with mold. I only bothered to bring about half home, and some of those needed trimming. Such a shame, the first year my plants were doing so well, and I'm not going to get half the crop . Being on clay the plot is so wet as well.

                    Brown/grey mouldy fruit means botrytis

Mine are getting it too, it's too wet & cold for them (and for me)
