  • Moon planting

Hi all something I thought I would share with you all, been using this method of planting for the past two seasons and i must say it has made a difference to the sucess of my crops, perhaps its just me lol but it can't hurt to try.

Moon planting is basically planting above ground crops by the light of the moon (new moon to full moon) and below ground crops by the dark of the moon (full moon to new moon) it has something to do with the gravitational pull of the moon and the way that plants grow.
I must add it is about planting during certain phases of the moon and nothing to do with gardening at night, lol more in formation here Keith's Moon Planting Page

I've moved your thread out of Archived Techniques and approved it, as that's a Moderated board.

Lots of us know about, and practice this method and I myself have done several trials. If you search on here you will find many threads and links about this.

I just sow and plant things when conditions are right for them. Seems to me far more important than anything the moon might be doing.
