I personally have enjoyed seeds from Nicky's Nurseries. Certainly worth a browse.

I'll echo this one, they have a huge range - they were at a my local seed swap yesterday and are now doing a line of chilli sauces that are fantastic

Chilli Pepper Seed

Tend to have some pretty obscure varieties, usually change each year though and don't always have the same ones in stock.
