Morning Newton, brrrrrr. No frost this morning, but 4 degrees and feels colder than that. In fact, it feels like November, now there's a novelty!

Today was the first day I've had to wear a jumper for my morning run, it felt chilly, but looking at the cars there's been no sign of illusive Jack, although, I anticipate it wont be long before he shows his face - it certainly feels cold enough.

lots of trains buggered this morning, which it a tell tale sign winter is coming, signal problems and I believe a train hit something on the track (more than likely it hit the wrong type of leaf/rain)

No frost, but it was very clear last night. Perfect timing for the central heating to have broken down! Thank god we have Homestart - it just paid for itself many times over!

Afternoon Newton, read the heading and thought it was a strangely personal topic for chit chat. I thought I don't even know Jack?

Still quite cold here, the wind doesn't help, I might have to consider an extra layer over me polo shirt soon.
I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.

First frost round here too but not that severe.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

There was a frost here about 10 days ago, but not the last few days.

Funnily enough the nights have been staying in double figures, whereas all summer we were getting the odd night down to 8/9C................crazy weather this year
