    Best dinner ever (almost)

    Just had my first proper dinner from the garden, pak choi leaves done in a garlic sauce, some spinach and carrots, why didnt i start gardening years ago, i love everything about it, from the digging to the harvest, first ever year growing and apart from a few handfulls of radish its the first dinner i have had.

    Totally hooked now.

          Yep, the feeling of walking up the garden with a bag full of stuff was brilliant, and managing to make a dinner out of it.

          Hopefully next year i will have more things ready,as i was late this year in getting the garden so lots of stuff either isnt doing too well or just not ready.

            Welldone Rob, it's a great feeling harvesting that first crop welldone you.

            dont rush to do it all this season, start to think about next years crops. plan ahead
            and enjoy it
