    The things you find on tut internet

    Well I never...

    I was looking for a supplier of vege rennet for my mozzarella cheese making next weekend - I've decided to take the plunge and just need rennet - and lo and behold - there's a Buddhist centre with 38 acres of grounds within 15 mins from my house.

    How lovely is that! We're going to pop over tomorrow and have a wander and some cake [natch].

    What's the best thing you have found [keep it clean] using the power of tut net?

    Don't know about the best, but I love flicking through this site. It describes (and explodes) urban myths or legends.

            I read years ago (and I've never tried it) that you can use juice from nettles as a rennet substitute. Might be worth trying a batch?

              Squishing the juice out of nettles is painfully slow,wifey did it a few years ago to use as the base for an organic fertilizer

                I have two different prints of a really interesting Victorian book which is now available as a free to use "e-book",if you want some old fashioned pointers on virtually any subject,do as the title suggests ... Enquire Within Upon Everything

                  Oh brilliant - thanks for this link BB. I had no idea there was a vade mecum on the net. I used to have a copy - its a wonderful book to dip into.
