Help....... I've just found a load of bulbs both in the garage and the coldframe that didn't get planted last year for whatever reason -probably the weather or an acute attack of laziitis. Question is are they saveable? Some/most have sprouted, a couple of the daffs have actually managed to flower which is astounding. There's allsorts, daffs, tulips, iris, crocus, can I keep them and plant for next year or should I dump and start again?

Stick them into the ground now-even if some of them don't flower this year you might get some flowers next year-at least bulbs will be able to suck some goodness from the soil and renew their strength,if you leave them they'll just shrivel and die(been there, done that)

Its suprising just how resilient bulbs are to the treatment we can sometimes inflict on them, and still repay us with their lovely blooms So go on bury them
