    Flowers posing as carrots?

    My brother has these growing in a flower bed, and I could have sworn that they were carrots.

    But they've grown really fast (ie much faster than mine!) and now have what look like blue flower buds at the top.

    Can anyone identify these? Sorry the picture quality isn't brilliant.
