  • Pepper leaves eaten

Some of the leaves at the top of my pepper plant have been eaten (Pic 1), found this red spider (Pic 2) under one of the leaves. I have read about Red Spider Mite but this looks too big. Any ideas what it is and if it could be eating the leaves?

    Thanks

I really don't think it's the poor little spider that's eating your leaves! They're not vegetarian!!. The damage looks more like it's been caused by caterpillars or snails.

This is a good question? I have the same on my Chili's "ANY ONE" and will Neem Oil Get Rid, or night night spidermite, these are both organic

Had the same problem with peppers in my greenhouse also holes in the fruit so I put one plant outside and the damage seems to have stopped on that plant don't know what caused it but maybe being outside something has eaten whatever it is eating the peppers

My various pepper and chilli plants have had the same.
I found a few caterpillars on some them and a few eggs under a couple of leaves.
I removed the caterpillars and put them into my flower bed and wiped the eggs off the leaves.

There are still some holes developing here and there but i've checked all around my plants and can't find a trace of a catterpillar anywhere.
I'm not sure whats been having a go.
