  • Salvia Sadness

I grew my salvia from seed. The looked fabulous while been grown on the windowsill. A day after planting out the leaves turned a horrid bown and looked very unhealthy. Things have improved, but they still look ill. The little chaps have been brilliant being in flower the day they were planted out. Does anyone know why I'm having leaf problems?

Looking at that, and looking at your Hollyhocks, I would guess that you are over-watering.

if they are in the ground, water them in when you plant and then just leave them, unless they are visibly wilting.
