Anyone tried growing Lobelia Tupa from seed? Ordered seed from T&M and as directed have sown on the surface of the compost in a small pot and placed in propagator. Four weeks later - nada!! Of course, I may just be being impatient! Chiltern Seeds website suggests like a lot of Chilean plants they need exposure to the cold.
