Assorted herbs - already decided which ones but too lazy to type them out.

Whaddya think ? Any comments or variety suggestions most welcome. Please bear in mind that my first aim is to fill approx 50 veg boxes per week, ( so I have to grow in sufficient quantities for this and hopefully expand to 70 per week by the end of summer 2009) my second aim is to supply a minimum of 17 Farmers Market Stalls + 3 other events, my third aim is to supply the hotel that are granting me use of the walled garden and my last aim is to try and slow down a bit

Bear in mind also that I have will also have strawberries, blackcurrant and rhubarb to supplement the above, as well as tree fruit - apples, plums and pears,

I have found Snowball to be a good turnip variety. Can't help with much else I am afraid but would always recommend Winston for a spud - lovely shape for bakers.

Oh, forgot, shallot Red Sun perfomed well for me last year (my first try with them)

I only do my local market in Dornoch which is the third Saturday of each month but from April to September inclusive it runs on both the first and third Saturdays of the month. If you get the chance, call up and introduce yourself - be nice to meet a fellow grape !

about the only thing you are not growing is kohl rabi, usually makes a good talking point when i grow it on the plot and tastes quite nice too
                        Kernow rag nevra

Some people feel the rain, others just get wet.

Also, I don't see sweetcorn on your list (unless I missed it?) - is it too chilly for it to grow well up there?

I only mention it as it really is one of those crops that tastes so much better for being picked fresh.

What variety of onion and carrots are you going to plant SR?
I have Bedfordshire Champion(white onion) and Kamal(red onion, the only one F1 in my collection). As for carrots,I got St.Valery, going to get some Sugarsnax as well.
Sorry for being nosey, just trying to complete my seedbox-no point in growing something if it's going to fail(a bit colder in here).
Nice to see that I have some varieties same like yours
