  • Marguerites?

    Hi All,

Anyone know if you can sew marguerites for overwintering?

I was going to germinate them inside, then try putting them in a cold green house for the winter and wondered if they'd likely have any chance of surviving.

    Thanks,

    Red x

Hi Two sheds, sorry but I (temporarily) forgot where i'd posted this question

They are Argyranthemum frutescens 'Paris White', the half hardy annual kind often sed as patio plants

I have overwintered summer cuttings of this kind in the greenhouse with great success, but never tried them from seed before.

      Thanks,

      Red

Well, if they're half hardy, they won't tolerate any cold, so wait until March ish to sow them.
