  • Made anyone smile today?

One of the best ways to make me smile is by me making someone else smile. Just made someone chuckle away.

Took a call for one of my colleagues. When the person gave their name/company they said "Pyramid Builders" to which I replied "must be a very old company". Bless her, she laughed - and it was believable.

A smile a day, helps you work rest and play.

Two peeps helping me on my quest to become a pooter Boff made me smile!
Not aware of making anyone smile....but who's to say if there were any sniggers behind my back?

Not sure it counts, but just had a huuugggge smile with a friend who found out this morning that her 'bump' is now officially a 'he' !! I said I'd buy his first fishing rod (her OH is a major fishing fan) which gave her an even bigger smile!

I'm just about to throw my laptop out the window [although don't want to really as it's the only computer in the house with photoshop CS3 on it - but anyway]...and I read Lynda's thread about her son.

          It's got me in fits.

Good lad - and thanks for sharing Lynda

Sorry Lynda, OH and I have just had a right chortle over your - or rather your son's little problem (or maybe not so little - not seen pctures)!!!

My son makes me laugh and smile each day, but thankfully not for the same reason - yet

... could have been worse - he could have been making a cup of PG in those pictures with teabags?

Sadly. the only person I've spoken to today is the young man in the pet shop who seems to take life very seriously. I did try a bit of merry banter as he carried 80lbs. of tripe to my van(bless his youth and muscle) but to no avail! I'll try again next week!
