If anyone goes, would you ask T and M how they can call a purple fuchsia "blue". It's faffing PURPLE! I wanted blue (Delta Sarah)

Am I correct in thinking that on a lot of flowers, the final colour can be affected by the Ph of the soil it is grown in. I know that with Hydranga(?) they are either pink or blue flowers dependant on the Ph.

Could this be the problem about the purple/blue fuchsia?
I am certain that the day my boat comes in, I'll be at the airport.

Went to T & Ms a few years ago. It was a good day out and their flowers in the long containers on the fence were stunning. There were also helpful people for queries. Worth a £1 entry. They have beds where you can see growing flowers of their seeds and you get a real sense of what you can achieve.

I got three "blue" fuchsias from T & M a couple of years ago and was disappointed with the
colour, until I moved them into pots with ericaceous compost and then I did get my blue flowers.
