OK, you're sexist then - that OK?

Seriously though, not seen the ad but it sounds far more rubbish than sexist but then again most ads are rubbish so no change there!

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

You're sexist! I've seen the same advert with a bloke doing the cooking!

Advertisers don't want to get on the wrong side of the PC brigade~if they degrade a woman then best be seen to degrade a man!!

I guess cookist is more like it - for those lucky enough not to have seen it, you see a person (gender not specified, think in loose terms here) cooking up a delicious supper with a 'pooter' thingy in the back ground wiffling on to you on how to do it.

When you have done each stage you say 'continue' and the machine goes on to the next stage .....I want to shout at the telly and say 'learn to cook fereavenssakes, what would happen if you have a power cut and the just whip the cream stage?

I have to say, I admire Nintendo's thinking outside the box as it were - using a "games" console for something other than the traditional game. However, if you need help cooking a lasagne.....

If only it could show you how to boil an egg!

By the way piskie, you're sexist!

I's not sexist it's just that people can't seem to function without computers telling them what to do...very sad.

There is another way...stop watching telly.

Ah, this thread just confirms another reason why I'm pleased we haven't got a telly. (Although we do have rather a lot of Nintendo products in this house.......)
