So what do I do?
I go over on my ankle again and my foot is really sore
Hopefully if I rest it tonight, it will be better again tomorrow, I was helping the girls at school plant flowers in their little beds, when I stepped awkwardly over a paving slab (which was not very level at all)
Sore immediately, then eased off, but nearly had to stop driving on the way home as iut was really aching.
Would be kicking myself if I had two working legs
