  • Make Me Smile Why Don't You.....

It's silly, I know, but Life sometimes is just too serious.....? and a while back, I made a couple of life-size Flower Pot People, and they made me smile.

And then I couldn't decide what to call them.
Having enlisted your help then on this lovely forum, my Flobalobs: FERT'n'LIZA were finally and properly christened (thanks to Bubblewrap).

It's a while since then, and now I'm making another two FlowerPot People, and I'd be very grateful if you would help me choose appropriate names for them too.

All I ask is that their names should reflect in some clever way, a garden theme for two.

    Good Luck Peeps!

Seeing as though your first two have been m/f, and that the originals were both m - Bill and Ben - you could try Compo n' Peat (or Pete).

      How about "LOTTIE" and "POTTIE".
The greatness comes not when things go always good for you,but the greatness comes when you are really tested, when you take, some knocks, some disappointments;because only if youv'e been in the deepest valley can you ever know how magnificent it is to be on the highest mountain.

Cheech and Chong were two pot-heads in the 70's and 80's....

                Nic and Orga?

Walter de Pott and Teresa Green?

Not at all gardening themed, but Wellie themed - Pinot and Grigio

I think its about time Fert'n'Lisa had a babe mesel....
Life may not be the party we hoped for but since we're here we might as well dance

If they were mine, judging by the number of weeds that I have in the lawn... they would have to be called Dandy and Lion.

I don't personally see anything wrong with Wellie and Trousers. But you could have Broad'n'Bean, Cabbage'n'White, Trell & Liz...

Oh dear, been sampling too much of the home brewed Chardonnay again sorry
