  • Surrey/Kent Meet - Bank Holiday Monday

    Hi all,

Just thought I would start a new thread on this as we count down to Monday.

As a quick reminder to all those in a reasonable distance of Coulsdon, Surrey we are meeting from approx 12 noon on - PM me for the exact address if you need it!

Barbeque is cleaned and ready to go.
The weather looks to be typical Bank Holiday so bring a brolly!

Photos of the day can be posted here later!

Thanks for the lovely day Terry. It was very nice meeting you and your family. Great to meet Farmer Gyles and NOG and family too. We were very lucky with the glorious weather .

Afterwards we went to IKEA as it was so close. We were suprised to find it wasn't busy at all. I was getting stuck into choosing things when an announcement was made for everyone to evacuate immediately and move as far as possible from the building. Well, my heart was pounding as I had the children with me. I was thinking BOMB . We got out and lots of police cars and fire engines arrived. We don't know what happened as it's not been in the news. Anyone heard anything about it?
