What make/model of dehydrator? I'm just about to search the web for a dehydrator although having never seen one in action or know anyone who has one any advice would be much appreciated!!! What model/make do you use or recommend?

Quite a few of us on here bought the Westfalia one because it's much the cheapest plus we found a code to get £2.79 off. The thread is here: Food Dehydrators
It's is cheap and perfect if you don't do loads (I've pretty much only done some 'sun'-dried tomatoes in mine and a couple of fruit leathers). I believe Snadger has one of the top-b*ll*ck ones so he can advise you from the other end of the market.Current Executive Board Members at Ollietopia Inc:

I have a Westfalia, I am happy with it so far.

Me too - did loads of mushrooms and herbs in it last autumn and it worked really well.
Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
Which one are you and is it how you want to be?
