    Hi everyone,

    I have LOADS of button mushroom....any ideas what I can do with them? I'd hate them to go to waste but we won't get through them all

      Good idea RL...once cooked and made into soup they won't go far!

        Chop em and stick em in the freezer. Frozen ones are great for risottos, adding to sauces etc.
        Quanti canicula ille in fenestra ?
