Do you have a food dehydrator? or know anybody who would let you borrow one?

Do you grow it, or know where to find it then?

Is this stuff growing where you want to plant something else?
If not, I would leave it growing until wanted. The famous drink is made from the roots.

Burdock is easy when you know it. Massive roundish (but toothed), slightly hairy leaves, general growth somewhat dock-like, and the 'fruits' look a bit like big thistle-buds, but with burr-hooks all over. (come to think of it that isn't a very good description)
