I was gonna make some chilli sauce but I am a bit worried about bacteria if I store in a jar in the cupboard or fridge, any advice?

If you store it in sterelised jars it will last for over a year unopened and foer a few weeks in the fridge once opened. The sugar and vinegar acts as a preservative. -
I made some and froze it in plastic boxes. Thawed out a treat and was lovely.Comment
