Making jars of Lutinitzer We do quite a lot of bottling and preserving in jars, one of my favorites is lutinitzer. It is like a spread made from peppers, tomatoes ect. We made a short film of it last year, I can smell the roasting peppers now mmm How to make bulgarian Lutenitza
