    Default Bottling and canning guide

    Although its and American site, the USDA site gives you all the information you will need to preserve food either via a water bath or a pressure canner (bottler).

    Default Making jars of Lutinitzer

    We do quite a lot of bottling and preserving in jars, one of my favorites is lutinitzer. It is like a spread made from peppers, tomatoes ect. We made a short film of it last year, I can smell the roasting peppers now mmm How to make bulgarian Lutenitza
