Default Radish

This may sound silly to all you experienced grapes, but can I eat radish leaves? It seems such a shame to throw them away.

Not a silly question at all, CG!

But yep - chop 'em up with the radish and bung 'em in a salad!

Some would say they are a big coarse, though.

Thanks Hazel.

It just seemed such a waste as there are so many leaves. I will enjoy the next bunch for my lunch.

What would I do without you grapes.

Tracy

Some types are a bit hairy. You can wilt these down and use as green, or just quickly stir fry. I agree that when you've lovingly grown something it's a huge pity to bin half - even if it's a compost bin!
