Default wine container

hello i have a large plastic container, like the ones they use in offices that contain water. I want to know if anyone has ever used one for fermenting wine? It contains 4.4 gallons or 20 ltrs.

No, but I can't imagine any reason it would be a problem if you can fit an airlock to it(apart from being an awkward size, because it pays to keep the fermenter fairly full)

Hi and welcome to the vine. You can brew in those bottles, the biggest problem would appear (from what I have read) to be getting a bung to fit and hold an airlock. Good luck.
