  • sloe wine cloudy

I was bottling some of last year's brews tonight and the sloe which was started in September and unfortuantely in a brown demijohn (since the last racking) so I had been unable to see it is still cloudy.

Fermentation has stopped as you would expect, and it tastes young but not unpleasant. I know to leave this one for a year before drinking.

I have racked it again instead of bottling into a clear demi-john but need to know what to with it to clear it.

    Thanks
