Default Nectarine Wine

I was so keen to start wine making that i used nectarines instead of peaches in the recipe i found in C.J.J Berry's Wine making book. Its working quite well at the moment can anyone give me some hints and tips on the best results?

Default nectarine wine should be fine !!

Nectarines are related/made from peaches but lost the furry skin so it should be the same concept . You will need tannin, either tablet or tea, Pectolaze enzime other wise it will be cloudy and nutrients for the yeast. Should have a lovely nose to it . Will be a bit lacking in body so could be blended with a heavier wine if prefered, such as pea pod. Make sure you rack the wine of often.
Enjoy

Cheers brewer it is a bit cloudy and there were bits floating around but they have sunk so I don't know whether I should rack it now?
