| Hi all, have not written on any sites before, but enjoy gardening and reading this magazine. Having a load of used car tyres delivered to grow some more potatoes as dont have enough room in my beds. I have been growing vegetables for a few years but trying to grow fruit now. I wish to know which cherry tree would be good that is self fertile? Eating cherry please. |

| Hi Treetops, welcome to the 'Vine ![]() I'm just starting with fruit this year too - we bought a 'Stella' cherry tree from Lidl for £3.99 which is self-fertile and gets reasonable reviews.
