  • new to growing my own veggies

Hi nufcgirl i am a mum and wife aged 46 i have wanted to grow my on fruit and veggies for a few years now but never had much time. Now my boys aged 20 and 17 do their on things and hubby works all over the country and europe i have lots of free time on my hands.

Hubby brought me a nice basic walk in green house to get me started and so far i have got an olive tree, i have grown some tomatoes and have got my first real bright red ones, aubergines which have also grown a few little ones. i have also now got sweet chills which are growing nicely.

I look forward to getting to know you all as well as hints and tips as I'm unsure when its best to take the veggies of the plants.

But how did a Newcastle supporter end up living in Middlesex?

Remove the veggies from the plants just before you eat them. Simples.
