    Hi from wet and windy worcestershire

    Hi everyone, 6 weeks ago i became the proud owner of an allotment. today i came across this community. what a miracle, as i need all the advice and help i can get.
    as a novice vegetable grower i will be listening to all the hints and tips that are given over the next few weeks.

    If it's any consolation the weather here in Manchester is foul too!

    I'm a first year allotmenter and have found the Forum very helpful...and I'm pretty sure you'll get a lot from it too.

      You lucky duck- just getting your allotment. I'm waiting for mine.... don't know how long it will take, but I thought I would get prepared by checking out this forum

          Hello Chris and welcome. Loads of advice on here. I've been growing my own for over 30 years (well over!) and you still learn new things here - or maybe just alterative ways of doing things. It all helps!
