    i have just found this forum and i am hoping to get plenty of hints and tips from you all,,i got my allotment a week ago and really looking forward to getting it up and running,,i have never done any growing before so its all a bit daunting ,,but hopefully a lot of fun

      yes i cant wait,,not looking forward to all the ground work ,,but what a sence of achievement when its ready to plant,,its a joint adventure with hubby and 2 kids who are a great "help",,but they are looking forward to having there own bed to plant

        aww. it's even better when there's tiddlers to "help" lol...how old/what kind are they? i got a 4 year old female one....she's JUST at the stage where she's *actually* interested

          sorry for the late reply i was so tired i logged off and went to bed,,i have one of each my pink baby is 4.5 she starts school in september,,and my blue baby is 9,,they are both really enthusiastic about the lotty (for the moment) and once sorted they can have a bed each to plant what they want

            No probs! I'm quite aware i might keep different hours to others

            unfortunately. i don't have a lottie. but i'm doing a few containers etc in my back yard. just don't have the space to experiment very much. but i'll get one one day
