  • Hello everyone!!

    Hi all,

Looking forward to being part of this great forum. Have been trawling the 'vegging out' forum for a good couple of years though decided to join this evening (on spring equinox too).

Addicted to veg growing, though only a mere novice as only in my 4th year of growing veggie stuffs. Am a plot holder (have 1/2 plot) which I have held for just over 2 years.

Other than that am also addicted to keeping fit and like the odd glass of red wine (though not had one this evening!).

    Best regards,
    Andrew

I was going to say what a weird combo veg growing, keeping fit & drinking wine were, but then again, I went for a run at lunchtime, sowed some seeds this evening, and have a glass of wine in front of me.

      Welcome, welcome.

Genteel wasn't a word that sprung to mind in association with you, VC, however, given that I've finally worked out that your avatar is a frock and not a frilly lettuce, I may have to stand corrected.

Welcome to the vine officially Savoy.
My keep fit is the digging on the plot and weight lifting (especially when its been raining as we have clay soil) as for the wine, I don't drink it, but I make it

It is fabulous, and you're right, it's lost something in the shrinking , so thank you for showing it in it's full glory. I love it!
