    Hello All

My name is Colin and I have just taken possession of my first allotment.

It is approx 40 ft by 20 ft and had been worked before

Busy clearing covering of weeds and planning what I can plant when it warms up a bit

    Any advice appreciated

    Colin

Hello Colin, my advice would be cover the plot with card and uncover and clear as you go. Cover up until you are ready to plant up. Start planning what you like to eat. Look at the start dates for sowing. Sow in modules while your preparing your beds. Put some photos up so we can have a little nose. ....oops! Nearly forgot! A warm welcome from me

                              Hi colin and welcome.
amazing how everybody waits for years for a plot and almost 99% get one thats more than a years
                              growth on it.
Mine was left for 5 years according to plotholders near me i always blame committee at least mine.
                              but good luck with it
                              cheers Peter
