Grow Your Own Magazine

Hi

I'm 27 YO living in an apartment who has been lucky enough to be given some growing space in a friends granparents huge garden.

So far have built two raised beds, one rectangle and one square (for A frame for beans). After breaking my back double digging, really enjoying the contrast of getting out in the outdoors after slaving over computer all day.

Have just sown seeds but not sure I've done it right! In rectangle I have split into 4 beds, carrots, spring onions, green leaf lettuce and broccolli.

Also got a patch for herbs (only got basil at the mo) and the awesome chap who owns the garden has also given me space in greenhouse so I'm going to grow tomatoes and peppers in grow bags.
