| Hi there, I'm Alison and I'm attempting to start a small kitchen garden! I have had a little success with my herb garden and have decided my husband should build me a veggie patch in a spare part of our garden, wish me luck and i shall probably be asking for advice regularly having only just started gardening! ![]() |

| Good luck. You'll end up wanting more than one bed. Ask me how I know!

| Hello Fleursotheforest, the frames for the nets are 12mm drain pipe. £1 something for 2 metres in B & Q, and the right angled joints for joining them together. I used fence wire (little rolls from B & Q ) cut into lengths and bent into hooks to pin the nets down at the bottom. Keeps all the pests out for me.
