    Tough parsley.

    I bought a flat leaf parsley and put it on my allotment. However it has always been bitter and the leaves tough. It's now gone to seed. If I cut it right back is it worth keeping.
    Also my basic garden mint leaves go thin and rather yellow very quickly too. Can anyone help..

    Parsely flowers after two years so your plant was already a year old before you got it. It will still produce seed, but if it is and you haven't chopped them all off, save them for next year
    SOunds like a nutirent or a shade problem for the mint.
