Default Southernwood

I have been looking for Southernwood (Artemisia abrotanum) for awhile, as a plant or seeds, can anyone help me?

Couldn't find any seeds (although according to this website, it doesn't tend to flower or set seed in the UK anyway).

Jekka's seem to do plants, but not currently in stock.

Might be mistaken, but is this not one of the herbs with caustic sap or something similar I seem to remember?
