Mint seems to be drooping , the pot maybe 2 small but I cant see the roots going through the drainage holes ,
I do water every day so maybe more water is need

You might be overwatering - I ony water my mint plants when they're really struggling but otherwise just leave them to it -
Depends on how big your pot is. In hot weather they dry out quickly and you may need to water twice. Stand it in a tray of water and feel how heavy it is after, if it feels heavier it really needed a drink.
If anything droops here it just gets watered.Comment

I've had to put some droopy plants in the shade,maybe it's too hot for the young plant & needs to just harden up a bit then it will be fine by the summer.Location : EssexComment

A one litre pot would seem way to small for a reasonable sized mint plant. We both love mint and I had to get a new plant this year after the roots of the original were destroyed by pests. That plant bought in April is now in a 20ltr pot.Potty by name Potty by nature.

Could be pests in the soil having a go at the roots. I'd pot it on and have a good look at the soil and roots while I was at it.
Also, where did you buy it? Is it a supermarket plant or a garden centre plant? Supermarket plants tend not to survive for long because in fact they aren't one single plant but lots to create the impression of bushiness. But because there are lots of plants, they are competing for space and nourishment and tend to struggle.Comment

Actually all my herbs were getting a bit snug so I moved them to 3litre and 5 litre pots , My garlic chives collapsed a bit , Which I hope doesnt matter , and It wil settle down and grow againComment

A 1 litre pot is in effect 10x10x10cms which seems not a lot more the a 9cm pot.
All mine go into a minimum size of a 25cm diameter pot (20cm high) - the black ones from Wilko, think they are £1 each. Sort of convenient size and convenient price. That is just under 10 liters.
Do not use just compost as that has nutrients added, but being soluble they are used up fast, only a few weeks and then there is little or nothing for the plant.Comment

Well I read not to over pot herbs or plants but I really dont think it matters
With regard to nutrients etc I was always told that herbs dont thrive when their surrondings are 2 rich
But maybe I am wrong
I am considering giving them some seaweed fertlizer in the middle of July and on a weekly basis after that as an experimentComment
