  • Leaves going paper thin and white

Well here I go again with the same old herb problem. Potted in good multi purpose compost only recently. Kept watered from base but the leaves are losing their pigment.

    Any ideas please ?

    Are they outside?
I think it's getting too cold for them at night if they are.

My parsley has done that too, are you watering enough? That was the problem with mine, they soon perked up though. I don't use all that much parsley so I just picked off the white ones and threw them away. I still have more than enough for my needs.

Old leaves at the bottom always eventually die off like that.
All the new growth is fine, so there's no problem.

Some of my parsleys doing that, they're on the windowsill & I agree with what's been said above, they're old leaves & the pots have been dry a couple of times, they're thirsty plants but there's a lot of them quite close together in the pots, but the stems in that pot are very close together. If you start some more seeds off they'll be ready for when you've used all of that parsley?
