| Today whilst picking up some compost I picked up a pot of feverfew. Now it is supposed to be good for headaches and migranes and some forms of arthiritis. Does it actually work and if so how do you take it, infused in hot water perhaps.?

| The received wisdom is that you eat a leaf in with your sandwich - this is the headache remedy. I haven't heard of it being good for arthritis. I'll treat my plants with more respect if it is - I might be needing them!

| I've never tried eating it..........the smell is enough! The OH had some in a sandwich for her migraine but expected it to work with one sarnie and didn't have anymore! ![]()

| I have a lot of it on my lottie. I did chew some for a headache - it is the bitterest taste imaginable, and did nothing for my head.
