Grow Your Own Magazine

Hello all,

I got some Mitsuba seedlings (2 leaves stage), they were grown from seeds.
How big will they grow ? I am planning to grow some of it in pots, what size of pot do you suggest ?
How do you use it ?

In japanese cooking you put some in your miso soup. they also work in salads. Not sure howelse they can be used. I'm no fan of them, but growing some - just for my mum (she loves the stuff).
