I started buying this last year but after 6 issues couldn't find it on sale anymore. Did it stop or was I just looking in the wrong places? Tried all major supermarkets, WH Smiths and some independant newsagents.

Hello Kayt, i also got these mags... £7.99 each eek.!

There where only 6 issues printed last year, think one was on herbs and another on wildlife gardening.

They must have been fairly sucsessful as Danno has stated they are producing more.

I actually enjoyed them a lot, especially the free seeds and it is nice to have a whole page of info per seed packet. Only downside is that there is not a lot of schematics for sowing/planting etc... As for the cost i worked out that if I brought the seeds myself I would of paid on average £12 so works for me, as I make a saving of £5 and get a magazine to boot.

Hope they are doing different seed from last though as that will defeat the idea...

I think the 3 for £30 deal is including postage. It'll be £7.99 per issue in the shops.

It's good for beginners, who need all the info and don't have an existing stock of seeds. Also it suits a lot of really keen gardeners who grow lots of stuff and have room to fill on an allotment. It's quite a cheap way of buying lots of seeds - just depends if they're the seeds you want.

I actually thought the posters you got with the last lot where quite good, i am using them at the moment for a public display where i work, (Botanical Gardens), hope you do some more.

Bit of free advertising for the mag as well i guess.

to me that sounds such a bad deal i always thought if your trying to promote something you would be cheaper not dearer its almost another price of a mag dearer (well £6.03p ) and i dont think you would spend 6 quid on going to the shop to buy it x3 so i dont see the point of the flyer in the first place unless there trying for a quick profit at our expense

30 quid for three mags lol. Fool and his money r soon parted. My allotment only cost 20 quid for a year and i have saved my own seed for last ten years. I eat fresh veg for most of the year and some stored or frozen. New seed is relatively cheap or you can swop or beg. Sad society when 10 pound for a mag seems reasonable

Hi all. I have advertised in the magazine and never received the magazine to see my own advert in it. Will it come soon?

                              Hi Everyone,

Thanks for all your comments. I understand that the 3 issues for £30 may seem a little odd as it does work out more expensive. The offer is mainly there for you to take up to make sure you receive all 3 issues this year, straight to your door. Last year a few people were disappointed as they missed out when they were on sale in the shops.

The on sale date of the first magazine is now 20th February - sorry for the extra wait, but it will be worth it!

                              All the best,

                              Danno
