  • Weed Killer?

Firslt apologies if this is in the wrong place but here goes:-

Could anyone recommend some "napalm" weed killer so I can forget about weeding my "block paving drive" 4 times a year?

    Thanks........
    Cheers

Beware Broadway, if you chose to use sodium chloride, it has a habit of spreading sideways and could kill things you don't want to.

Used it once only and it passed under a wall and killed things on the other side

I think we're getting mixed up with sodium chloride and sodium chlorate here..........two completely different things!
Sodium chlorate is a 'not nice' persistant chemical which will deffo give the napalm effect but could spread and kill other flora, not necessarily in the immediate area! NOT recommeded for fish and chips!

Sodium chloride is table salt and would in fact be my recommended way of treating the weeds! A tub of salt goes a long way and is a contact weedkiller. It is cheap and if it doesn't fulfill your needs......hey what the heck, what have you lost?
Rocksalt (the kind used by councils for winter gritting) is an excellent weedkiller also!
