Hi everyone

I've recently read a book which I would like to recommend for anyone interested in the journey your food makes to get to your plate. It's called 'The Omnivore's Dilemma' by Michael Pollan. Buy it or get it from the Library, I couldn't put it down. It really made me think.

I would love to hear any recommendations from Grapes.

I've read it, it has a definite US bias and some of what it says is not correct for the UK eg the organic standards here are totally different to in the US but still interesting.
