Paraffin oh paraffin
Just a little note to anyone with a paramaffin heater. I bought some paraffin in B&Q the other week = £4.99 for 4 litres.
Not cheap is it? Anyhow, that was in swansea. I went into Neath as I was running low and there is all this talk of impending coldness. It had dropped to £3.71 per 4 litre. cheap huh? well cheap for round these parts.

Our local garage still provides paraffin in larger volume, pumped , rather than just in the sealed containers. Much cheaper - so worth asking around.

a blacksmiths not too far from here used to do it loose so to speak - but due to drop in demand they only do containers now.
I have been keeping my ears and eyes peeled though to see if i can procure it loose. esp as i now have some containers to carry it in
