    Zapped!

    Ive been off for over a week now cos the bairn was in for a big op yet again, but today she is on top form so as a treat I got her some garden toys... thought great, as she will be busy with those Ill crack on with a bit digging etc but I was so hot and sunny I just felt like the sun has zapped me of all my energy.

    Ive wanted to get up and do stuff but just felt wrecked!
    This is usualy the case every year then by the time Ive got used to working in the sun the autumn has come.

    Anyone else felt the same today.

    I did clean the gh though

                I finally got to the allotment today after a week of flying about.....and spent most of the time sitting in the sunshine chatting with friends...so yeah, Zapped.

                But I think that VC has a point.
                When my eldest was in and out of hospital I coped admirably...was tireless and and generally awesome

                When all was done dusted, the surgery behind us and like looked like getting back to normal?
                Thats when it hit me, the shock, exhaustion and all the rest of it takes a toll.

                I'm so glad littlun is on the mend.
                Now its your turn to recover, you be kind to you for while.
